Elders and their wives
Bryan and Laura Martin
Bryan has been married to Laura for 20 years and they have five children. He originally trained as a teacher at Waikato University before undertaking theological study at the Masters Seminary, California (MDiv 1996; DMin in Expository Preaching 2008). After experience pastoring churches in both NZ and the UK, Bryan and Laura have served the Lord in church planting at RCBC since 2010.  
Dennis and Neccia Stevenson

Dennis is married to Neccia and they have three adult  children. Dennis has been a teacher at Hamilton Christian School for many years, but since 2013 has focussed on teaching secondary students the precious truths of Scripture in Bible classes. Along with his eldership responsibilities, Dennis gives guidance and direction to our music ministry. Many years ago Dennis and Neccia lived and taught in Hebron, India, before returning to NZ permanently. 
Geoff and Valmae Hohneck
Geoff and Valmae have been married 47 years in 2021.  They have five married children and fifteen grandchildren. Geoff trained at Adelaide College of Ministries gaining his Bachelor of Ministries degree then went on to complete his Masters of Religious Education degree with Asian Baptist Theological Seminary, an extension campus of Cornerstone University, Michigan USA. He was on the faculty as a lecturer and Student Dean for ten years at Adelaide College of Ministries in Adelaide, South Australia. Geoff helped plant New Community Church in the northern suburbs of Adelaide where they both served the saints, with Geoff as their senior pastor for sixteen years.  As of mid 2019 Geoff and Valmae returned to New Zealand where they now both serve the Lord in River City Bible Church.

Josh and Hannah Ens
Originally from Canada, Joshua Ens has served on staff at RCBC since Feb 2017 and married his lovely wife, Hannah, in the same year. In 2019 he pursued a qualification in Secondary School teaching; then in 2020 began work as a Junior High School teacher while continuing to serve part-time at RCBC where he is involved  in leading the FM Youth High School Ministry,  leading and preaching in our services, and in certain administrative tasks.
